Dave Nee Foundation
The Dave Nee Foundation is a non-profit that seeks to prevent suicide amongst adolescents, and law students in particular. My friend Dave ended his life in 2005 while he was in law school. A group of Dave's friends and family formed the Dave Nee Foundation in 2006 to educate others about the prevalence of suicide and the tools available to combat the disease of depression.
I served as a board member of the foundation from its founding in 2006 through 2010. I designed and deployed the Dave Nee Foundation's website and helped create their Uncommon Counsel programming targeting help towards law students.
